Are there additional charges for changing employee's record?

What you see is what you will always get! Simply changing an employee to direct deposit or editing a record WILL NOT accrue additional charges.

Will the annual fees change or increase after one year?

We do not offer introductory rates, the fees that we charge will not change after one year. SimpleX Payroll appreciates your business and loyalty to our service.

Does SimpleX offer benefit and retirement plans?

No, but we include the ability for you to take multiple deductions from your employees' checks including medical, dental, retirement, and user defined deductions such as garnishments.

Can SimpleX integrate with your accounting software?

Yes! Our SimpleX Payroll Time Management System quickly and easily integrates with other systems including QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, ERPs and many more. If you utilize a custom accounting software, SimpleX can probably integrate with it. SimpleX helps you to keep your business running smoothly.

What are the hours and means of customer service availability?

We are always easily accessible by telephone, online chat, forums & email - 8am to 7pm CST M-F and 8am to 2pm Saturday. We know our clients prefer immediate answers by phone and you will be directed to a live person on every call.

Is there an additional cost to file taxes in multiple states?

Absoultely not! SimpleX Payroll has clients with employees in different states and has fully integrated national coverage capabilities.

How do I ensure that my payroll data entered is accurate?

You will be able to review every employee's payroll before it is paid. Our easy to use Payroll Review System (PRS) has built in features to automatically prompt you to review your payroll prior to submission. In addition, you will have the option to make any changes at the last moment. As a safeguard, you will always be prompted to re-approve any payroll changes prior to paying your employees.
